December 23 00:12 2020

ROCHESTER, New York – Dec 22nd, 2020 – Courageous Hearts has launched a new website to further their mission of Educating and Empowering people for a life of Success and Fulfillment.

The website provides info about their services including live Resilience trainings, individual coaching, and online learning, which have been delivered to many different populations, from corporate groups to high school students. The topics covered include stress management and building resilience, as well as SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) training aimed at teaching educators how to help their students manage emotions.  There are also Free tools that support the development of wellness and resiliency for individuals and for teachers and mental health staff to use with clients.

The new site is also home to a blog, where the CEO and co-founder, Dr. Heather Daly, shares her thoughts and personal experiences with Resilience, as well as techniques that can be used to build resilience. “Never before has [resilience] been so important,” says Dr. Daly. “We are going through the greatest adversity of our time.” The ongoing pandemic has separated many people from their usual sources of support and comfort, which drives the need for education on this topic.
