The Hangzhou Global Youth Talent Community in Qianjiang Century City, Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, is dedicated to serving young talents, local media reported on Sept 7.

The community offers services related to talent evaluation, preferential policies, internships, start-up financing, as well as one-on-one tutorial partnerships.

For example, its global talent service center, which is located on the first floor, can help talents with 59 administrative affairs, including high-end talent recognition, tax registration, and residence permits.

Within half a year, the center launched four overseas branch centers in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia, and established cooperation ties with more than 200 students’ associations from prestigious universities including Harvard, MIT and Stanford.

Since its operations started in March, the center has held some 50 activities themed on entrepreneurship, reading, and bodybuilding for young talents in Hangzhou.

In 2020, the city welcomed 436,000 college graduates aged under 35 years old, a 106 percent year-on-year increase.
