Electric Shock Productions will be debuting its second feature film at the Grand Cinema in Tacoma on May 21st, 2023, 7-10 PM. Address: 606 Fawcett Avenue, Tacoma, WA 98402. Starring Sam Pierce, who directed and co-wrote the script for the film at age 16. The film also features Rex Nelson, Tyler Griswold, and Doran Danielson co-starring.
The film also features Mary Long as Katie, Chris Noordman as Zach, Nick Marston as Nick, Jordan Talley as Mrs. Simmions, Teddy Leitner as Tank, and a special appearance by Caleb J. Baker.
The film’s primary crew has been Steven Filippov (first assistant director/head camera operator), Daniel Schomber (second assistant director/sound recording engineer), Ian McGrath (cinematographer), James Starlin (cinematographer), and Doran Danielson (casting). Original music and score composed by Brendan Milburn, who scored the first full length feature film.
The movie is about three high school kids who make a bet with their principal that they can make a company and get immensely rich from it in less than 90 days. Based on many of the classics John Hughes comedies of the 1980s, this film is sure to make audiences roll with laughter and smile from ear to ear from start to finish.
About Electric Shock Productions (LLC)
Electric Shock Productions is an independent film enterprise based in Tacoma, Washington. It was founded by Sam Pierce and has put out one feature film, the Future of Us, which premiered at the Grand Cinema on March 16th, 2022, and later on Amazon Prime in 2022. It is entirely made up of high school students who love filmmaking and acting, many of whom started in musical theater.
