• App makes it easier to discover new trading opportunities and develop trading skills

London, UK – 27 September, 2021 – Award-winning online FX and CFD broker One Financial Markets has announced the release of a new copy-trading app, named One Connect.

Created in partnership with Pelican Exchange, a specialist social copy-trading technology provider based in the UK, the mobile app allows users to connect with a network of traders around the world, follow top traders and copy their online trades.

The app boasts a number of features designed to harness the power of the trading community and make it easier for traders to discover opportunities in the market and develop their trading ability.

Andrew Henderson, One Financial Markets Regional Head of Sales for the Middle East and North Africa, says “This app delivers a fantastic experience, making it extremely simple to find and follow the top performing traders most relevant to you and your trading objectives.

“But, beyond that, it’s also a fantastic learning tool because after you’ve identified a trader to follow, you can go deeper with your analysis and explore the strategy behind their decisions. You also have the ability to customize individual settings – for example, position size – so that each trade better reflects your own strategy and approach to risk.”

To use the One Connect app, traders simply download and then connect via an existing MT4 trading account, or you can open a new account with the app. Once logged in, they will be able to view leaderboards, find traders, copy trades, create trading rooms for online discussions, share their performance socially, and lots more.

Because Pelican is regulated in the UK, the app has been designed to operate to FCA standards so traders can be assured they are trading in a safe, secure and licensed environment. Plus, there are other built-in safety mechanisms to help manage risk, such as warnings if you are approaching your predetermined level of risk, and multiple stop loss options.

Mr. Henderson further commented, “Ultimately we’re about giving our clients more ways to improve their performance and gain an edge when trading, while also helping them become more confident in their own abilities. Having the ability to copy and learn directly from top traders makes this app a powerful new addition to our service.” The copy trading functionality can be used across all types of asset classes provided by One Financial Markets.

The One Financial Markets copy trading app is available to download now on iOS and Android.
