Dr. Tracy Aneziris and her Eureka Psychology practice have announced that new clients are now accepted, sharing a unique approach to therapy that provides a well-rounded care covering both psychological and physiological processes related to mental and physical health.

Tracy has been involved in health psychology services since 2015. She is the primary care psychologist and the bridge of health and behavior. “I challenge and hold people accountable in a gentle way,” Aneziris explained.

Eureka Psychology is an Illinois-based practice offering Telehealth in all 42 PSYPACT states, offering over 2 dozen services. These include issues related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, but also obesity, sleep disorders, and chronic pain.

Clients are welcome to schedule a 15-minute initial appointment or explore other options like 55-minute psychotherapy, mindfulness and hypnotherapy services, pain/health management sessions, or communication skill building.

“I view therapy as a journey for self-exploration and positive change. In sessions, I work as a teammate and motivator for my clients to reach their goals and improve their quality of life,” Tracy said via Psychology Today.

“My success in helping clients comes from gaining a deeper understanding about client experiences, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In addition, I help clients seek awareness about how their emotional experiences impact their biological health and functioning.”

Dr. Aneziris’ clinical experience covers work with adults in private practices, nursing homes, community mental health, and pain rehab centers. She conducted several studies related to couples dealing with chronic illnesses, coping skills for chronic pain populations, intimate partner violence in adolescents and young adults, and opioid abuse.

“With all clients, I encourage a healthy lifestyle. I often provide education and tools for mindfulness, pain management, sleep hygiene, nutrition, behavioral management, and journaling recommendations based on their individual needs,” the therapist pointed out.
