Guests board at 6:30 pm and cruise San Francisco Bay from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with San Francisco’s fireworks show launching over the water at 9:30 pm. The view from the deck puts passengers closer to the action than any spot on shore.
What to expect on board
The evening runs on a straightforward formula that works: arrive, eat well, dance, and watch the sky light up. A DJ keeps the music going from boarding through the fireworks, and the buffet dinner opens at 7:00 pm.
The 2026 dinner menu features hand-carved Strip of New York with a port wine reduction and creamy horseradish sauce, alongside Tuscany Cream Chicken in a cream sauce with cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach. Sides include oven-roasted seasonal vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, and fresh bread rolls. Dessert is a red velvet cake layered with white chocolate, drizzled in chocolate sauce, and topped with blueberries. Gluten-free options are marked throughout the menu.
